El Tribunal Segundo de Sentencia de San Miguel conden\u00f3 a diez a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a Leonel Efra\u00edn Bustillo Romero, tras encontrarlo culpable del delito de robo en perjuicio de una farmacia ubicada en San Miguel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con las investigaciones, los hechos ocurrieron el 12 de septiembre de 2025 en una farmacia situada en el sector de Ciudad Pac\u00edfica, donde el imputado ingres\u00f3 presuntamente armado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el reporte judicial, Bustillo Romero intimid\u00f3 al empleado del establecimiento y lo oblig\u00f3 a entregar el dinero correspondiente a las ventas del d\u00eda, logrando sustraer $1,557.23 en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el juicio, la Fiscal\u00eda present\u00f3 las pruebas que permitieron al tribunal establecer la responsabilidad penal del acusado, emitiendo as\u00ed el fallo condenatorio de diez a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
