Polic\u00eda Nacional Civil (PNC), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, captur\u00f3 a un padre y su hijo acusados de comercializar equipo m\u00e9dico que hab\u00eda sido sustra\u00eddo del sistema de salud.<br>El procedimiento se ejecut\u00f3 en Metrocentro Santa Ana, donde ambos fueron interceptados tras ofrecer de manera ilegal bombas de infusi\u00f3n.<br>Los detenidos fueron identificados como:<br>No\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, de 65 a\u00f1os<br>Brandhon Garc\u00eda, de 22<br>Durante el operativo, las autoridades incautaron:<br>Bombas de perfusi\u00f3n e infusi\u00f3n<br>Un veh\u00edculo Hyundai color gris<br>Varios tel\u00e9fonos celulares<br>Seg\u00fan las investigaciones, los dispositivos m\u00e9dicos habr\u00edan sido sustra\u00eddos del hospital del Seguro Social en Sonsonate y posteriormente puestos a la venta.<br>Ambos ser\u00e1n puestos a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades judiciales en las pr\u00f3ximas horas para enfrentar el debido
