como <strong>Denis Carrillo, Manuel Acosta y C\u00e9sar Rivera<\/strong>, fueron <strong>condenados a 15 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> por el delito de <strong>extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong>, tras comprobarse que mantuvieron bajo <strong>amenazas de muerte<\/strong> a una v\u00edctima durante los a\u00f1os <strong>2021 y 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n fiscal, los imputados <strong>exigieron de manera constante pagos ilegales<\/strong> que superaron los <strong>$1,750<\/strong>, utilizando <strong>intimidaciones<\/strong> para obligar a la v\u00edctima a entregar el dinero y evitar represalias contra su vida e integridad f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades se\u00f1alaron que el <strong>clima de temor<\/strong> impuesto por los pandilleros permiti\u00f3 que la extorsi\u00f3n se prolongara en el tiempo, generando <strong>graves afectaciones econ\u00f3micas y emocionales<\/strong> a la persona afectada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fallo judicial reafirma la <strong>persecuci\u00f3n penal contra estructuras criminales<\/strong> dedicadas a la extorsi\u00f3n y el compromiso de las instituciones en combatir este delito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
